My work explores how our daily behaviours influence resilience, leadership, wellbeing, relationships, and long-term human flourishing. Drawing on behavioural science, neuroscience, leadership experience, and a Christian worldview, I integrate psychology, neuroscience, practical leadership, and faith to help people understand why they do what they do, and how lasting change is created.
Behavioural Wellbeing is not about chasing motivation or relying on willpower alone. It is about intentionally developing the behaviours, habits, and character that enable people to thrive personally, professionally, and spiritually.
This platform serves two purposes:

Sharpened Through Experience
My perspective has been shaped by more than academic study.
Throughout my career, I have served in the military, led first responder teams, worked in executive leadership, and studied organizational behaviour and psychology, as well as many other fields. Like many people, I also spent years pursuing success through achievement, discipline, and performance before discovering that lasting transformation requires something deeper.
My Christian faith has become the foundation that brings purpose and direction to everything else. It has reinforced what both science and experience continue to demonstrate: lasting growth occurs when our beliefs, behaviours, and values are aligned.
